Privacy
Pre-launch privacy notice.
This notice explains how MiningRecruit handles information submitted through its current candidate and employer expression-of-interest forms.
Information we collect
Candidate enquiries may include your name, email address, current role, country and information you choose to provide about career preferences. Employer enquiries may include your name, email address, company, role to fill and information you choose to provide about a hiring requirement.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand demand for MiningRecruit membership and employer services, prepare relevant product or recruitment follow-up, and protect the service from misuse.
How enquiry information is handled
The current pre-launch form sends enquiry information to MiningRecruit through an email delivery provider. It does not create a paid account, candidate database record or employer subscription. Additional identity, profile, billing and recruitment processing terms will be published before those functions launch.
International use
MiningRecruit is intended to operate internationally. Privacy, recruitment, employment and data-transfer requirements differ by jurisdiction, and market-specific controls will be introduced before regulated services are made available in those markets.
Accuracy and sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive information through the expression-of-interest forms. Candidate verification, where offered later, will use a separate controlled process.
Retention and access
MiningRecruit intends to retain pre-launch enquiries only for as long as reasonably required to respond, plan the service and meet applicable legal obligations. A formal privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific rights process will be published before commercial launch.
